Guest relations counter is at the front desk. Any of our playground crew members will be happy to assist you.
First Aid
Should you require first aid, please come to the front desk. Any of our playground crew members will available to assist you.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located in two positions within the playground; Upper Level – back of the playground behind the elevator. Lower Level – next to the stairway.
Wellness Room
Located next to the upper level restroom, a wellness room is available for nursing mothers, prayer or personal health needs.
Stroller Parking
Unattended stroller parking is available in the back of the playground in front of the upper level restroom.
Safety Protocols
Face coverings are not required during your visit but are strongly recommended for all guests. We remain dedicated to maintaining the highest cleanliness and sanitization standards within all of our attractions and facilities. We will also have hand-sanitizing floor stands located around the playground for convenience. The safety and health of our guests and crew members is our top priority.
Service Animals
No pets allowed in the playground. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with disability are welcome.
Wheelchairs & Assistance for Guests with Disabilities
Our goal is to safely accommodate the needs of all guests, including individuals with disabilities. Our play structures are designed with transfer steps, transfer platforms, elevated ramps and handrails to accommodate ADA Playground Accessibility. Our bathrooms are also ADA accessible. Should anyone require additional assistance, please contact our crew members.
